Léa Wolf,
Designer BRU

Labour and wait.

Léa Wolf was born in Paris, where she studied graphic design, typography and book design. She completed her seven-year studies in Brussels and joined Base in 2013. First as an intern, but quickly as our most senior junior designer ever. Her graphic mission is to rethink existing print and digital supports, to think up new tools and develop global design concepts. Léa loves simple materials, the detail and the outdoor, all four seasons, black socks, relics, vintage bookkeeping design, museums of natural history, footnotes, spritz drink, Bauhaus and artisanal crafts such as Boucherouite rugs and pottery. She is inspired by people like Batia Suter, Joëlle Tuerlinckx, Nuri Bilge Ceylan, Thierry Boutemy, Michael Borremans and Dries Van Noten. In a next life, she would like to be a florist or a tree surgeon.
