Base Attends LADFEST 2023 in Lima

This July, Base’s Partner & Executive Creative Director Thierry Brunfaut was invited to present at the Latin American Design Festival in Lima, Peru. His talk entitled, ‘How to Create a Studio Culture’, discusses how to support people’s individuality in the workplace to foster enhanced collaboration. LADFEST 2023 hosted an effervescent mix of talents coming the South American design industry, celebrating the diverse creativity and talent of the continent's new generation. As proud participants, we recognize our role in contributing to and embracing the rich pool of creative minds in South America.
