Project Manager - Short Term Contract
BaseBRU is looking for a Project Manager (replacement contract for 3 months); an organized & proactive leader with a deep interest in the world of branding and graphic design.
As Project Manager, you facilitate the relationship between the clients and the creative team. You participate in the business development effort and are responsible for the planning, the expenses, and the overall organization of the client’s projects.

This position is based in Brussels, Belgium. From mid- or end of August to mid-October 2024.
Responsibilities
- Act as a link between the client and the creative team for everything related to planning, budgeting, timeline management resourcing and global organization.
- Manage project progress and deliverables.
- Manage relationships and communication with the clients.
- Creative team support, ensuring deliverables meet the brief and scope.
- Monitor the project's success, financial profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Actively engage in the creative process from the project management point of view.
- Help the creative team to coordinate project needs.
- Participate in the business development effort and generate upsell with its clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Track and review expenses related to the client’s projects in collaboration with the Office Manager.
- Ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the management.
- Advise clients and create a mutual relationship of trust and guidance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Proficient in software like Google docs.
- English is a must. Dutch is a real plus. French is good as well.
