BaseGVA hosts its first event “Start. Evolution. Revolution.”

Tuesday June 2nd 2015, Base threw an event called “Start. Evolution. Revolution.” inspired by the PechaKucha Nights phenomenon. These are informal and fun gatherings where creative people get together and share their ideas, works, thoughts and basically anything. The event was held in Geneva at L’Adresse – a contemporary bistro and fashionable boutique located in the Eaux-Vives neighborhood.



The audience, composed of clients, entrepreneurs and influencers from the Lake Geneva area, were given three short presentations. The first speech was about the Caran D’Ache brand. Brand communications expert Daniela Nedelschi briefly introduced the brand’s history and her strategic work. Hervé Rigal, Partner of BaseGVA, followed with a presentation of the new branding designed by Base.



Thierry Brunfaut, Partner & Creative Director of BaseBRU, made the second speech of the evening, sharing his opinion on brands in 2015. He believes that “Successful brands of the future care about people, not branding”, as illustrated in his Five-Minute Posters series.

Dimitri Jeurissen, Partner of BaseBRU, concluded the evening with a presentation about the Neuehouse project, which served as an example of a very innovative way of conceiving real-estate.

This event was the first of many more to come. We look forward to sharing every piece of our vision as well as adding a wide range of subjects and key speakers to the format.
